On a bar Mitzvah trip to Israel with his grandparents, William and Batzion Berman, Judah met up with an Afikim boy his age and enjoyed a get to know you lunch at Waffle Bar.
The two boys shared notes on school, friends, Facebook, WhatsApp and whatnot and promised to stay in touch across the globe. Aharon even received a tablet as a Bar Mitzvah gift to enable him to remain in contact.
