In February 2015 the Afikim Family Enrichment Association launched its first major fundraising campaign, the Pillars of Excellence Campaign with a goal of raising $750,000 for the expansion and growth of the Afikim programs across the country.
As Afikim enters its eighth year, Afikim’s 12 branches are at full capacity servicing nearly 500 children at -risk and their families. However, every year, Afikim is forced to turn away needy and deserving families for whom Afikim can make a life changing difference. The Afikim Pillar of Excellence Campaign’s goals include: increasing access for needy families; enhancing excellence at all levels; and improving the overall Afikim educational experience.
