The volunteers helped the Afikim youth practice their English, learn for exams, and would teach English in fun and creative ways. These talented volunteers are from all over the world, Australia, America, and South Africa.

Moshe Lefkovitz, the Director of Afikim, presented each of the twelve volunteer s, in the presence of Rav Yitz Motzen, Associate Director of Yehivat Eretz Hatzvi, with a certificate of appreciation for their hard work and dedication to the students.

The students of Afikim were sad to see their new friends leave but they are excited to make new friends in the upcoming year.
